Searching for a new job and/or role can be a mix of excitement, challenge, joy and disappointment. We work hard to give you the best opportunity to succeed in your search, and we invest the time to ensure a role is the right fit and help you prepare for any subsequent interview.
GETTING TO KNOW YOU IN YOUR JOB ROLE SEARCH
Core to successful recruitment to a new job role is getting to know applicants. As part of your job search, and onboarding with us, we would like to organise an introductory video call with you as well as registering you for our latest jobs news. Alternatively, you may just see a job on our site and click apply – that is fine too.
EXPLORE US
Explore our website. Have a look around and explore the links and services we offer. If you like what you see, please move to step two. If not, please keep in touch and we wish you well.
WELCOME MEETING TO EXPLORE YOUR JOB SEARCH
Once registered, we will contact you within two working days (most likely before) to organise an onboarding conversation to discuss you and your search for a new job / role. Alternatively, you can call to say hello and register over the telephone. Following the completion of your registration, we will add you to our database and email you our latest job news and recruitment information. As soon as we publish a suitable new role, you will be informed.
SEARCH JOBS
Please have a look at the jobs we are recruiting to and if there is something you wish to explore, please submit the form associated with the role. If you would like to know more about a role before submitting please either give us a call or send an email. We will then get back to you with the information.
ENGAGE WITH US
Staying in touch is an essential part of searching for a new job / role. You will receive our newsletter and information on any roles we are recruiting for. Please follow us on LinkedIn and BlueSky for our latest updates. Additionally, we publish a fortnightly blog on what is happening in the sector which we hope will help to keep you informed and support you in your applications.
MEET OTHERS
Searching for a new role can be lonely even if you have people around you. It is easy to become introverted and lose professional interaction skills. Every Friday at 11:00 we host a one hour drop-in for all applicants registered with us. It’s a time to say hello, meet some different people and have a human connection. Completely optional.
