Core to successful recruitment is getting to know our clients. As part of your applicant search, and onboarding with us, we would like to organise an onboarding video call with you as we find being able to put a face to name improves a working relationship and helps to build trust. We work in partnership with our clients and always give our honest opinion – we find open and direct conversation leads to better results in finding the right person.

INITIAL MEET TO DISCUSS YOUR JOB ROLE
To start the process of finding the right person, please contact us to organise an onboarding call. During this call, we want to find our more about your organisation, the role and the associated timeline. To get the most out of this call, it is best to have the role profile agreed by your institution’s HR/Talent team and potentially any other material you wish to go alongside the recruitment activity – for example a candidate pack. If you are comfortable sending this information to us in advance that will be great [it will be kept confidential].
PAPERWORK
Following our initial conversation and if you are happy to proceed, please send us the role information. We will then use this to construct a contract detailing our services, cost and importantly the timeline to find the right person. The contract will be sent to you for review and e-signing. We have different contracts for search, and contract staff searches and a modified approach/contract for temp (agency recruitment).
SEARCHING FOR THE RIGHT PERSON
After the return of signed contract we will then start the search process as detailed on our process page. We will send frequent updates on progress throughout the process. The timing is matched to your recruitment requirements and the type of role – permanent, contract or temp (agency).
CLOSE
Having found the right person, following the completion of the contract, we send all clients a reflective questionnaire to support us in our work. As professionals we are constantly learning and looking to improve so any feedback on our work will significant support this activity.
