PERMANENT STAFF
We lead the search, long-listing, shortlisting, applicant preparation. Following client interview, we lead post-interview referencing and negotiations for a new member of staff to be employed by you (PAYE).
CONTRACT STAFF
Search for individuals to deliver fixed-term contracts within your team. Either employed via the applicant’s own limited company (we manage timesheets and payment) OR directly via you on a PAYE contract.
AGENCY STAFF
Applicants are employed by us and placed within the client’s institution. We manage timesheets, payroll, line management, tax, national insurance, pension contributions, annual leave and CPD.

We don’t do bulk recruitment
Instead, we take the required time to understand our clients and applicants whilst still delivering efficiently. This means that at the start of the process, we will hold an introductory conversation with the candidate to get to know them and check their experience and ambition aligns with your current requirement. We will also take the time to get to know you and understand what you are looking for from a candidate.
We invest the time and resources to help candiates prepare
Once you have confirmed the longlist we prepared for you, we will speak to each candidate again personally. We will offer shortlisted candidates a mock interview with one of our experienced educational team, and give them feedback to help optimise their performance with you on the day. For those unsuccessful we will give them feedback using our SCALE feedback model. This is not at your expense – it reflects our commitment to the wider HE field, but will also reflect positively on your organisation.

Not a problem! Employed by us and work in the client’s institution. Sometimes referred to as an umbrella – we manage insurances, pensions, annual leave and all HR activities.
